Ashley has spent the past 16 years immersed in the law and the legal profession. Since commencing his career as a practicing lawyer, he has experienced the legal career landscape from several strategic vantage points: as a jobseeker navigating his own career pivots, as a generalist legal recruiter in an international recruitment firm, and now as a highly specialised executive search consultant and executive coach. That breadth and depth of experience means he understands legal careers from the inside, the outside and through the wider lens of the market. 

For the past seven years, Ashley's focus has been on working with litigators, particularly within the insurance sector across Melbourne and Sydney. He spends his days in conversation with partners and senior insurance lawyers, giving him a constant, real-time view of how the market is shifting, where opportunities are emerging and what successful teams and high performing lawyers actually look like. 

Ashley has a strong track record of delivering results for both lawyers and law firms. He supports lawyers and partners seeking clarity and forward momentum in their careers, and firms looking to build, bolster or acquire high-performing teams.

Dani has spent more than 14 years working across the legal profession. Her career spans both practising law and specialised executive search, giving her a unique, 360-degree understanding of the legal landscape. This depth of insight - and her ability to bring clarity to complex decisions - enables her to support lawyers through pivotal career decisions and advise law firms on building high-performing teams.

Known for her genuine, relationship-driven approach, Dani builds long-term partnerships with the lawyers she advises. She takes the time to understand each individual's goals, values, and career aspirations, and remains a trusted touchpoint throughout their professional journey.
